We deliver the machine, fit it to the tractor, set the working height and speed, and train the operators to use it correctly and safely.
Demetra S.p.A.'s warranty is honoured directly by us, locally, without middlemen and without shipping the machine to Italy.
Checking the rotor, bearings, drive belts, PTO shaft and hydraulics — ideally before the season, not in the middle of it.
Our mobile service team goes out for faults that can't be fixed in the workshop, or that strike in the middle of the campaign.
Wear parts
A mulcher rotor spins at over 2,000 rpm. An unbalanced hammer, or one cast from a different alloy, is not a saving — it is vibration that destroys the bearings, the shaft and, in the worst case, the housing.

Maintenance schedule
